We invite you to celebrate our local Farmers and Farms and THE BOUNTY OF OUR COUNTY!

A casual, food-filled* night of cultivating community and the abundant gifts of the land right here in Westchester.

Saturday, October 16th, 6—9pm, 8 Gracemere, Tarrytown, NY 10591, with special guest Josh Viertel, President of Slow Food USA, and Farmers from Westchester and the Lower Hudson Valley.

Tickets are $50 for non-farmers, $25 for farmers.  (Want to sponsor a farmer’s ticket? Great idea! $75 buys a ticket for you and a farmer!)

*Our menu will include: a pig roast from John Boy’s Farm; breads from Wave HIll; polenta from Wild Hive Farms; heirloom vegetables from I & Me Farms and Amba Farms; Sprout Creek cheeses; Blue Pig ice cream; and, apple cake made by the kids of Mt Kisco Child Care Center.

Proceeds from this event support the operations of Slow Food Westchester and two of our initiatives: The Sleepy Hollow Community Garden’s Cultural Diversity Initiative and The Mount Kisco Child Care Center’s Feed Me Fresh Program.
